WALKING TOUR BROCHURE

The Parks & Recreation Division developed a walking tour brochure for citizens to use, to learn about famous and not so famous past citizens of Laramie. Included in the tour are civil war veterans, world-renowned educators, and ladies who served as members of the first mixed juries in the world. Tour brochures can be picked up at the Greenhill Cemetery office from 8am to 12pm, Monday through Friday.

AVENUE OF FLAGS

The objective of the avenue of flags is to promote patriotism and respect for the American Flag and the United States by flying 62 flags along the main avenue of Greenhill Cemetery on selected flag flying holidays each year by honoring deceased loved ones. This project is fully funded by the contributions of donors and volunteers.
