Paying your City of Laramie Utility Bill

There are several options in paying your City of Laramie Utility bill.

• You are welcome to mail your payment to:

City of Laramie, PO Box C, Laramie, WY 82073

• The Utility Billing office is located at City Hall, 406 E Ivinson Ave.

Cash, credit card and check payments may be made at this location.

• City of Laramie utility bills may be drafted out of your checking or savings account automatically each month.  A completed ACH form is needed along with a voided check from the account.

• Drop boxes are located in front of City Hall (payments picked up daily) or

drop box located at Safeway (payments mailed into the City of Laramie every 7-10 days)

 

• Credit card payments may be called into the Utility billing office. The City of Laramie accepts Visa and Mastercard.

• Returned Checks or Bank Drafts:  The City of Laramie will charge a $25 processing fee for all returned checks or bank drafts. If the City of Laramie receives three returned payments from a customer within one calendar year, the customer will be requested to pay with certified funds.
