Utility Billing, Administrative Services 

The City of Laramie Utility services include water, sewer, solid waste and mosquito control.  Utility Billing is responsible for monthly billing, connection and disconnection of City of Laramie services, and payment collection of utility services.  Utility billing staff work with customers to provide service information, to schedule service requests and to answer any questions that may arise concerning your bill.  Please contact us if we may be of assistance to you! 

The Utility Billing office is located in City Hall at 406 E Ivinson Ave. 

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the exception of City of Laramie Holidays.
